Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise shipments in a timely manner during early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
- Organize and stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas according to planograms
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operational transitions
- Assist in maintaining product freshness and rotation protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to work consistently 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM shifts (Monday-Friday)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
