Responsibilities
- Stock, organize, and rotate merchandise in assigned areas with precision
- Operate pallet jacks and safely move inventory to sales floor
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and display areas
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with receiving and processing inbound shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (4-7 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
