Responsibilities
- Stock, organize, and rotate merchandise in designated areas
- Operate inventory management systems and RF scanners
- Maintain clean, safe, and compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
- Execute visual merchandising directives
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
