Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas following inventory protocols
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment (training provided)
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with overnight team for efficient workflow
- Adhere to safety standards and company merchandising guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability for early morning shifts (4:00 AM start)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation training)
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Reliable transportation to Dublin, OH location
