Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments
- Operate provided equipment safely and maintain inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure store readiness for morning operations
- Conduct quality checks on incoming shipments
- Follow safety protocols for material handling and equipment usage
- Participate in cycle counting and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work 4-6 AM shifts with reliable transportation
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper equipment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must pass equipment operation training
