Responsibilities
- Merchandise Processing: Safely unload delivery trucks and sort incoming stock.
- Shelf Organization: Stock shelves, bins, and displays efficiently and accurately.
- Inventory Maintenance: Rotate stock to ensure product freshness and adhere to FIFO (First In, First Out) protocols.
- Store Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor.
- Damage Control: Identify and report damaged or defective products immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation to work.
- Training: Willingness to learn and complete on-site paid training.
