Responsibilities
- Restock shelves, displays, and backroom inventory according to company standards
- Operate pallet jacks and stock equipment safely and efficiently
- Rotate stock using FIFO principles to ensure freshness and quality
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom areas
- Collaborate with overnight crew to ensure seamless store operations
- Adhere to all safety regulations and loss prevention policies
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive paid training provided
- Ability to work early morning shifts (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
