Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise using provided equipment
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO standards
- Operate pallet jacks and rolling ladders safely and efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits using handheld scanners
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts (Monday-Friday)
- Experience with pallet jacks, rolling ladders, or inventory systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team player with positive attitude
- No experience necessary—equipment training provided
