Responsibilities
- Stock, organize, and rotate merchandise in early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Operate inventory management systems and scanning equipment
- Ensure store aisles are clean, safe, and compliant with safety standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking efficiency
- Participate in paid training programs for equipment operation and safety protocols
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation
- Maintain accurate records of received merchandise
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – paid training provided
- Availability for early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to our Baltimore location
