Responsibilities
- Stock, organize, and rotate merchandise in early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing store displays
- Operate inventory management systems and stockroom equipment
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention measures
- Support merchandising initiatives and promotional setups
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Willingness to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM start)
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Reliable transportation to Biscayne Boulevard location
