Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments
- Operate pallet jacks and maintain inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with overnight crew for efficient stocking
- Follow safety protocols for heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Execute plan-o-gram compliance and store standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting
- Report maintenance issues and security concerns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
