Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise according to company standards
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers with precision and efficiency
- Manage inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with overnight crew for seamless store operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts (Monday-Saturday)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Merchandise District location
- No prior experience required – training provided!
