Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves and display areas according to company standards and planograms
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor
- Operate inventory scanning systems and warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts
