Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas efficiently before store opening
- Manage inventory rotation and ensure product freshness
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Follow safety protocols and company stocking standards
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- No prior retail experience required—paid training provided
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for inventory tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening
