Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a clean, orderly, and visually appealing store layout.
- Unload delivery trucks and move stock from the backroom to the sales floor efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining accurate stock records.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed at all times.
- Assist customers with finding products and answer basic inquiries.
- Perform routine cleaning duties to maintain a high-quality shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
