Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries from trucks efficiently and safely.
- Restock shelves, coolers, and displays with new inventory according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the store.
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) policies.
- Perform price changes and ticketing as needed to ensure accurate inventory.
- Assist with general cleanup duties, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is ready for the opening shift.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning items and handling inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
