Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks during early morning hours
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planogram specifications
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize shrinkage
- Perform zone maintenance and cleanliness standards throughout the store
- Assist with inventory counts and price verification processes
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store opening
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management
- Provide exceptional customer service during early shopping hours
Qualifications
- Ability to work shifts starting between 3:00 AM - 5:00 AM
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
