Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly greetings, product knowledge, and issue resolution
- Scan, bag, and merchandise products efficiently while maintaining organized checkout areas
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and price verification
- Operate credit card machines, handle returns/exchanges per company policy
- Uphold store cleanliness standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and basic math skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
