Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise shipments efficiently during early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Organize and stock products according to planogram standards
- Manage inventory rotation (FIFO) to maintain freshness and quality
- Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and sales floors
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
- Report inventory discrepancies and stock issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
- Availability to work 4-5 days per week (early morning schedule)
