Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom environments
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight crew for seamless store preparation
- Report inventory discrepancies and stock issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (starting as early as 4:00 AM)
- Physical stamina to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), and move throughout shift
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stocking procedures
- Reliable transportation to/from shift location
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
