- Provide outstanding customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 9 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory and stock shelves with attention to detail
- Maintain clean, organized store appearance throughout shift
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with evening team members to achieve sales targets
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
