Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise with speed and accuracy
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planograms
- Ensure all products are properly priced and rotated (FIFO)
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floor
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team for inventory accuracy
- Report maintenance and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (4:00-8:00 AM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Positive attitude in fast-paced environments
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Availability to work 3-5 weekly shifts
