Responsibilities
- Unload and sort merchandise from delivery trucks during early morning shifts (3 AM - 11 AM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to company standards and planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain organized, clean stockrooms and sales floors at all times
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve daily stocking goals
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged products to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to work consistently during early morning shifts (3 AM start times)
- Previous stocking, warehouse, or retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and price verification
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
