Start your day before sunrise! FreshMart Retail is seeking energetic Early Morning Stockers to join our Stockton team. As a key member of our overnight operations, you'll ensure shelves are perfectly stocked and ready for our early shoppers. Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments in the stockroom
- Stock shelves and display areas according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom environment
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Collaborate with overnight team for efficient workflow
- Report inventory discrepancies to management
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM shifts
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
- Ability to work independently as part of a team
