Responsibilities
- Unload, organize, and merchandise incoming shipments before store opening
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers with precision and efficiency
- Rotate inventory according to FIFO principles to maintain freshness
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store cleanliness and safety
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Report inventory discrepancies and replenish stock in real-time
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Ability to start shifts between 3:00 AM - 5:00 AM consistently
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 4+ hours
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation to early-morning shifts

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
