Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments efficiently during early morning hours
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas according to planogram standards
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in all storage zones
- Collaborate with overnight crew to coordinate stocking priorities and store readiness
- Operate pallet jacks and merchandising equipment safely and effectively
- Report inventory discrepancies or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts (4:00 AM start)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and rotation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety standards
- Must pass background check and drug screening
