Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in accordance with inventory guidelines
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers with precision and efficiency
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper FIFO compliance
- Collaborate with overnight crew to maintain optimal store conditions
- Operate pallet jacks and merchandising equipment safely
- Conduct preliminary inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards
Qualifications
- Ability to start shifts as early as 4:00 AM
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to early-morning shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
