Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise efficiently
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms
- Ensure sales floor cleanliness and safety standards
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Collaborate with overnight crew to meet stocking goals
- Perform inventory counts and replenish stock in real-time
- Maintain organized stockroom and backroom operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4 AM - 12 PM)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Commerce Park location
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening
