Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, unload, and stock incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently to ensure shelf availability.
- Merchandising: Organize shelves, bins, and displays to maximize product visibility and adhere to visual standards.
- FIFO Compliance: Rotate stock according to First-In-First-Out (FIFO) protocols to ensure product freshness and minimize waste.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment by sweeping, dusting, and organizing backrooms.
- Customer Service: Assist customers in locating products and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
- Reporting: Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the management team promptly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, and pull merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in a fast-paced role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Basic math skills for scanning and logging inventory; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
