Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas following planogram guidelines
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Rotate stock according to FIFO principles to minimize waste
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment maintenance needs promptly
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal merchandising
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts starting 4:00 AM or earlier
- Previous stocker or warehouse experience preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating company vehicles)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening
