Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments during early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, display cases, and storage areas according to planogram standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor presentation
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Collaborate with overnight crew and morning managers for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for early morning shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
