Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and merchandise inventory in assigned departments before store opening
- Ensure all products are accurately priced and displayed according to company standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks as scheduled
- Adhere to all safety protocols and food handling standards (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Previous stockroom, warehouse, or retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Early availability (typically 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shift)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license may be required for warehouse operations
- Reliable transportation to Northside Drive location
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
