Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planograms
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom conditions
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking targets
- Follow safety protocols for heavy lifting and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Availability for early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Previous stocking/retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license (for potential supply runs)
