Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and backrooms according to company standards and inventory plans
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized sales floors and stockroom areas
- Collaborate with overnight teams to ensure seamless store operations
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
- Previous stockroom or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
