Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise incoming inventory during pre-dawn shifts (4:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
- Ensure accurate product placement and shelf organization according to planograms
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless transition
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM start)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
