Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness during quiet periods
- Operate inventory scanners and assist with weekly stock counts
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless store operations
- Report maintenance issues and assist with basic troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm shifts)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to DC locations
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must pass basic background check
