Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks in the early morning hours
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the department manager
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the shift
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Assist with inventory counts and markdown processes as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Previous stockroom or retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- Ability to operate basic equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks)
