Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in the early morning shift (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged products to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to accommodate early morning hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
