Responsibilities
- Stock, organize, and rotate merchandise in assigned departments overnight
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain clean, orderly stockrooms
- Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflow
- Adhere to safety protocols and merchandising standards
- Assist with receiving shipments and unloading delivery trucks
- Communicate inventory needs to department managers
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to 4:00 AM start times
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license (if operating company vehicles)
- Pass background check and drug screening
