Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries before store opening
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas efficiently
- Manage inventory rotation and FIFO compliance
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory scanning equipment
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Report stock discrepancies to management promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to start shifts as early as 4:00 AM
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation to Anchorage locations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Alaska driver's license (if operating equipment)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
