Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments efficiently
- Stock shelves and display products according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other stocking equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks
- Report inventory discrepancies to department manager
Qualifications
- Availability to work early morning shifts (4 AM - 10 AM)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation to Broad Street location
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
