Responsibilities
- Unload and sort merchandise from delivery trucks during early morning hours (4:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas according to planograms and rotation schedules
- Conduct inventory counts using remote scanning tools and on-site verification
- Maintain organized stockrooms with FIFO (First-In-First-Out) protocols
- Coordinate with overnight logistics team via remote communication platforms
- Report inventory discrepancies and maintenance needs through digital systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during stocking operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
- Experience with inventory management systems or willingness to learn digital tools
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for remote reporting and communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to Newark, NJ location
