Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise using provided equipment
- Stock shelves and display areas according to planogram standards
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor
- Operate provided material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflow
- Report inventory discrepancies and maintenance needs for equipment
Qualifications
- Reliable early morning availability (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods with provided support equipment
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Comfortable operating provided material handling tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
