Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise on shelves and displays before store opening
- Operate inventory management systems via remote portal for real-time stock tracking
- Collaborate with overnight team via digital platforms to optimize stocking workflows
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using handheld scanners and mobile reporting tools
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during restocking operations
- Coordinate with store managers through virtual meetings for daily priorities
- Prepare store for peak hours by setting up promotional displays and signage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years of retail stocking or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with basic inventory software and remote communication tools
- Reliable transportation to store locations across Las Vegas Valley
- Flexible availability between 4:00 AM - 11:00 AM daily
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
