Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and merchandise incoming shipments with precision and speed
- Optimize inventory placement using planograms to maximize sales potential
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain safety standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure visual merchandising meets premium brand standards
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory or stocking experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Early availability (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts)
- Basic math and inventory management knowledge
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
