Responsibilities
- Unload and process incoming shipments in the early morning hours (3:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
- Organize and merchandise products across all store departments with precision
- Rotate inventory using FIFO principles to ensure freshness and quality
- Collaborate with overnight crew to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment following OSHA guidelines
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks with accuracy
- Communicate stock discrepancies to department managers promptly
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible early morning shifts (including weekends)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
