Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise delivery trucks with precision and efficiency
- Organize and stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to planograms
- Execute inventory management procedures including cycle counts and stock rotation
- Maintain strict safety standards while operating pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store readiness for morning operations
- Conduct quality checks on incoming merchandise and report discrepancies
- Utilize handheld inventory scanners for accurate stock tracking
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail stocking, warehousing, or logistics (2+ years preferred)
- Ability to work independently during early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
