Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments before store opening
- Operate inventory management systems and maintain accurate stock records
- Safely handle and transport products using pallet jacks and other equipment
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain optimal warehouse conditions
- Execute plan-o-gram compliance for visual merchandising standards
- Conduct quality checks on incoming shipments and report discrepancies
- Support inventory audits and loss prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic math and inventory system proficiency
- Availability to work overnight shifts (typically 4 AM - 1 PM)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
