Responsibilities
- Early Shift Operations: Efficiently unload trucks and stock merchandise on shelves before store opening hours.
- Inventory Management: Organize products, rotate stock to ensure freshness, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Store Presentation: Keep sales floors clean, tidy, and well-organized to provide a welcoming shopping environment.
- Customer Assistance: Assist customers in locating products and provide friendly, professional service when needed.
- Merchandising: Set up promotional displays and ensure pricing accuracy on all products.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe workspace for yourself and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically starting between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Strong track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
- Experience: Previous experience in stocking, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
