Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise according to company standards and safety guidelines.
- Stock shelves and display areas efficiently to ensure product availability for customers.
- Rotate inventory regularly to ensure freshness and prevent waste.
- Keep the stockroom and sales floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during early morning shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in retail stocking or warehousing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
